​My name is Carina Diaz and I am the founder and director of this program. I has been a licensed child care provider for over 13 years serving many families in the community. I've always loved being with children and I wanted to make a difference in a child's life. When my daughter was born I decided that working with young children was my calling. I obtained my Site Supervisor Permit from the state of CA allowing to expand my business and provide services to a larger community in the city of Tracy CA. I maintain my education by taking college courses and continuously attending training on topics that cover the childcare setting and the children as a whole in order to better serve the needs of the families in my program.
I hire and retain qualified teachers in order to provide you and your family a High-Quality program.
The teachers and I thrives on providing a High-Quality program by participating in Rating Scales that evaluate all of the aspects of our program. Such programs consist of Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) scoring a 5 and Raise to the Top awarded Quality rating Tier 4
